Upstream and downstream pressure gauges Ø 50 mm to DIN 837. 50 µm inlet filter. One blow-off valve per stage. Max gas purity 6.0; max inlet pressure up to 300 bar (depending on standard); control ranges from 1.5 bar to 30 bar (special ranges up to 60 bar available); temperature range -40 °C to +70 °C; body materials: chrome-plated brass, stainless steel or Monel; diaphragms: stainless steel or Hastelloy; ECD compatible; leak rate < 1 x 10^-8 (He); ATEX and PED compliant.
